rates and reservations

The price is 120euro (low season) and 150euro (high season) per night for one to two persons. Minimum booking is two nights. Extra person is €35 a night.

For a confirmed reservation an advance payment of 50% is required. The balance is due on arrival in cash, or you can pay it by banktransfer or paypal prior to your arrival.

Rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

how to make a reservation

To send a reservations request, simply click the desired check-in date in the calendar.

We will send you an offer and if you would like to make the booking, we will ask you for an advance payment of 50% of the rental. Payment of this (within 24 hours) automatically confirms your reservation.

check in and check out

Check in time is 16.00 hrs and check out time 11.00 hrs but if necessary we generally can be flexible.

conditions

If your plans change unexpectedly and you have to cancel your reservation, we will refund as follows:

• 100% refund (minus an administration fee of 25 euro) if the cancellation is made 2 months in advance
• 50% refund of the advance payment if cancellation is made between two months and 14 days before arrival date
• 20% refund of the advance payment if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
• No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days of arrival
• No refund if the length of stay is shortened after arrival
