Conditions 2010
Deposit / balance
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for the reservation to be confirmed. You can settle the balance upon arrival in cash. Or, if you prefer that, by online payment through PayPal prior to arrival.
Payments
The deposit can be paid through www.paypal.com (an eBay Company). We will send you an electronic invoice, which will allow you to pay the deposit using your credit card. You can make PayPal payments with or without having a PayPal account. If you prefer to pay by bank, we will provide you with the account number and the international bank codes that you will need.
Our B&B Rates
The minimum stay requirement is two nights; there is a high season and a low season rate.
During the holidays and events listed below the high season rate applies:
- Queens Birthday: April 26 - May 2nd, 2010
- Ascension Day: May 10 - 17, 2010
- Whitsunday: May 24 - May 31, 2010
- Gay Pride Weekend: August 4 - 9, 2010
- Sail Amsterdam: August 18 - 24 2010
- IBC conference: September 1 - 14 2010
- Horti Fair: October 11 - 16 2010
- Mets: November 16 - 18 2010
- Christmas and New Year: December 24th 2010 - January 7th 2011
- Easter: April 18 - 25, 2011
- Queens Birthday: April 25th - May 2nd, 2011
Rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes but without 5% tourist tax. Rates and conditions may change without notice.
Our Cancellation Policy
The deposit required for a confirmed reservation is 50% of the rental. The cancellation charges are:
50% of that deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date
20% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival date
No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.
No refunds in case of shortening your stay after arrival.
You may wish to take out a travel/cancellation insurance to cover for the cancellation charge in case you have to cancel involuntarily.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out 10 a.m.
Sending us your reservation request
We will respond with availability and a price quote. If you then would like to make the reservation, we will make a temporary reservation for you and send you an invoice for the deposit for 50% at the same time. Payment within 24 hours then automatically confirms your reservation. Payment of the balance is due in cash upon arrival, or you can choose to pay the balance before arrival through PayPal.
