The minimum stay requirement is two nights.
Prices are per room € 110 plus 5% tourist tax.
During high season € 140 plus 5% tourist tax.
Breakfast € 15 per person.

Rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes except 5% tourist tax. Rates and conditions may change without notice.
Reservations and Payments:
We will respond with availability and a price quote. If you would like to make a reservation, we will make a temporary reservation for you and send you an invoice for the deposit of 50%. Payment within 24 hours automatically confirms your reservation. This can be paid through www.paypal.com or through your bank (please put your name and reservation date) to:
You can settle the balance upon arrival in cash. Or you may prefer to pay the full amount prior to arrival.
Our Cancellation Policy:
50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival.
20% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival.
No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.
No refund in case of shortening your stay after arrival.
